SHIPPING/ORDER STATUS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Notify Me” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.
For orders within the UK, we offer FREE Next Day Delivery on orders over £35+.
We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under MY ACCOUNT. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please contact us with your order number and let us know which products you are missing. Don’t worry about filling out the rest of your account information right away—shipping, billing, and address can be provided later. If you receive an error message related to credit card authorisation failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVC or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. Never. Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Fragrance and Fenty Hair are cruelty-free brands. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf.

While many of the products are free of animal byproducts, Fenty Beauty is not considered a vegan line: A handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax and carmine. Yes. Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Fragrance and Fenty Hair products are formulated without gluten-derived ingredients and there are no detectable levels of gluten introduced in the manufacturing process.
Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Fenty Fragrance are paraben-free (and phthalate-free, too).
The talc we use is the highest quality and tested to confirm the absence of asbestos fibres – it meets strict purity criteria and all measures of quality and safety and it strictly complies with all the legal regulations where we operate.
PAO stands for “period after opening,” and is represented by an icon with a number that indicates how many months the product will be fresh after opening. If a product has a PAO of 12, that means it should be used within 12 months of opening. Products with sunscreen are marked with an expiration date, which indicates when the product should stop being used, regardless of whether it has been opened.
Shelf life is communicated from Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Fragrance and Fenty Hair to their licensed retailers. Shelf-life ranges by product. Our quality control team continues to test batches and if they receive positive testing data, they will extend shelf life of products and communicate the updated information to our retailers. We seek to ensure our clients only receive fresh, high-quality product.

Although the hype is real about our high-quality ingredients, we always recommend consulting your doctor or dermatologist about the use of our products during pregnancy or while nursing.
